We carry out expert alterations to all kinds of garments from everyday items, to suits, formal wear and wedding dresses.

All work carried out in our workroom by our friendly team, led by our talented and experienced head seamstress.

We offer a comprehensive range of clothing alterations and repairs. Be it mending beloved but damaged garments, trouser shortening to restying and refitting your clothes.

We have a large supply of haberdashery including Gutermann machine threads,
Fiskars Scissors and YKK zips.

Our range of Fabrics include beautiful cottons, in Michael Miller and Riley Blake designs, plain and pattern polycottons, net, dress and curtain lining, muslin, a fleece and gorgeous range of 100% cotton Gutermann fabrics etc. Have a look at our products page to see images of some of our fantastic stock.

We offer clothing alterations from trousers shortening to zip replacement, to curtain shortening, with a one week turn around. Evening gowns, prom dress and bridal gowns usually within two weeks. All with free fitting service in our shop.

Amazing place and staff. Had a rush job of 5 bridesmaids dresses to shorten and mother of the bride outfit to alter and they were wonderful....even though some bridesmaids arrived without shoes!!!! Can't praise them enough.
